When should I post out Wedding Invitations out to my Guests?
We advise that you send out your invites 8-10 weeks prior to the date of your wedding. If you are getting married in July/August we advise that perhaps you consider sending them out 10-12 weeks before as these are popular months for holidays.

How long will delivery be?
Please allow approx 14 days for the delivery of your order, with the exception of wedding stationery where we ask you to allow 6 weeks. We do offer express delivery on most items except stationery. For more information please see the delivery section

When will I receive my invitation Samples I have requested?
Please allow 10 working days for the delivery of samples

How much is P&P and what service do you use?
Please see our delivery section for more detailed information on delivery costs.
Orders over £300 receive free delivery.

Will you ship overseas?
We are happy to post to Europe and USA, however please ask for a quote for postage as this will all depend on the quantity you order and the country we are shipping to.

Do you send proofs of the stationery?
Yes, once you have returned your order form and deposit we will send out proofs within 14 days for your approval, we will not begin making up your order until we have received your signed approval form.

When do I pay for my Stationery?
We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of ordering then the balance is payable 2 weeks before your delivery date. We will not ship your order until full payment has been received.

Can I mix and match items from different collections?
Yes that’s no problem.

You don’t have the colour I want listed, could you do the colour I want?
We will do our best to match the colour you want, if you would like to send a swatch of material or email a photo we will try our best to fulfil your needs.

Do I have to pay extra for personalisation?
No – personalisation is included in the price unless stated otherwise.
