Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

General
All items on our website are subject to stock availability. If we come up against a problem with any materials we use to make your items we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order and where necessary with your approval we will source similar materials of the same outstanding quality that we would always use.

As our items are all individually handmade there may sometimes be slight variations in products but if this is ever a problem to you we are happy to give a full refund.

Terms for ordering (Wedding stationery) 
You will be sent a proof of your wedding stationery within 2 weeks of placing your order, the proofs must be checked thoroughly and the signed approval form must be returned before we will commence with your order. Any mistakes that come to light after the approval form has been signed and received by us could incur charges for us to rectify.

Payment
A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of ordering wedding stationery unless the order is under £150.00 in which case full payment is required immediately.

The balance is then payable 2 weeks before delivery. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is made.

All designs and content that appear on this website are strictly covered by copyright.  Breaches of copyright will not be tolerated and therefore the designs and content of this website must not be reproduced, downloaded or copied in any form without prior agreement from us.

SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
